GoOil Mobile Mechanic (“GoOil”, “we”, “us”) provides mobile vehicle maintenance and mechanical services at the customer’s home, workplace, or other agreed location.
The service is operated as a sole trader (self-employed) in Ireland.

2. Booking & Appointments
Bookings can be made via the website, phone, or email.
Requested dates and time windows are not guaranteed until confirmed directly by phone or message.
We aim to offer same-day or next-day appointments where possible.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices for service packages and hourly work are clearly displayed on the website.

• Payment is due only after the service has been completed.
• Parts (if required) are charged separately at supplier cost unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers are asked to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Scope of Work & Mechanical Disclaimer
Services are performed based on visible inspection and customer-provided information.
⚠️ Important: We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or unrelated mechanical issues discovered during or after the service.
If additional issues are identified, they will be explained before any further work is carried out.

6. Limitation of Liability
While all work is carried out professionally and with due care:

• GoOil shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland.
